The 7.5m Profisher is a genuine offshore hardtop — 7.9 metres overall on a 2.45-metre beam, fully welded plate aluminium with a 6mm bottom, 5mm topsides and a 6mm transom, rated for a single outboard from 200hp to 350hp and certified for eight people. It carries 350 litres of fuel, runs a self-draining deck as standard and comes with a 60-litre fish tank and a 45-litre live bait tank with integrated rod holders already fitted. The enclosed cabin has a lockable door, LED lighting, sliding windows, an electric wiper and a liftable table that converts the forward space between dining, lounging and storage. Rod holders run down both gunwales with rocket launchers overhead, and an offshore roof hatch gives you access to the bow without leaving the cabin. Backed by a 5-year hull warranty.
Description
The 7.5m Profisher is the boat for anglers who want the size and capability of an offshore platform without moving into the flagship. At 7.9 metres overall on a 2.45-metre beam and 1,680kg dry, it carries enough hull to handle a real sea, and the specification is built around actually fishing it: a self-draining deck, 350 litres of fuel, capacity for eight and an enclosed cabin you can shut the door on when the weather turns.
Construction
The hull is fully welded plate aluminium with a 6mm bottom, 5mm topsides and a 6mm transom. The 5mm topsides are worth noting — heavier plate through the sides means gunwales that take a hammering without complaint, which matters on a boat this size where the crew leans on them all day. The premium package adds foam flotation, putty and spray paint finish, aluminium hatch covers, towing eyes, additional cleats and an 8-position switch panel.
Self-draining deck
The deck is self-draining as standard. Water that comes over the gunwale or the transom runs straight back out rather than pooling in the cockpit, keeping the deck safe underfoot and the weight out of the boat. It’s not an option on this model, and on a boat built to fish offshore it shouldn’t be.
Fuel and range
The fuel tank holds 350 litres, sitting in a dedicated compartment with the battery shelf to keep weight low and centred. That capacity is what makes the boat’s range genuine rather than theoretical — you can run wide, fish a full day and come home without the return leg dictating when you pull the lines.
Power
The 7.5m Profisher is rated for a single outboard from 200hp minimum to 350hp maximum, on a 25-inch or 30-inch transom shaft depending on the engine specified. That’s a wide band, so the boat can be set up economically or driven hard depending on how far out you fish and how often.
Fishing fit-out
A 60-litre fish tank and a 45-litre live bait tank with integrated rod holders come standard, along with a cutting board, rod holders down both gunwales, rocket launchers on the hardtop, side storage trays running the length of the cockpit and a transducer mount bracket ready for your sounder. Anti-slip padding on the gunwales gives you something to brace against when a fish runs, and a boarding ladder at the transom handles access. Live bait tank pumps are included in the premium package.
Cabin and helm
The cabin is enclosed with a lockable door and fitted with a marine driver’s seat and a navigator’s seat, sliding windows, an electric wiper, LED cabin lighting, cushions and a switch control panel at the helm. A liftable table solution lets you convert the forward space between a dining setup, an open lounge and clear storage, which is what makes the boat usable for a family day as well as a fishing trip. An offshore hatch in the roof gives access to the bow and the anchor without going outside. Handrails run across the hardtop, through the rear cabin and along the bow and stern.
Deck and safety hardware
Standard equipment includes an anchor well with alloy fairlead and roller, mooring cleats, a battery isolation switch, an automatic bilge pump, navigation and mast lights and a rear fold-down seat. Two-tone paint is standard.
Options
The 7.5m Profisher can be specified with Seastar hydraulic steering, a 1000W drum auto capstan anchor winch with chain and warp, electric trim tabs, a washdown pump kit, a marine toilet, a marine compass, a Bluetooth stereo with two speakers, LED and halogen searchlights, LED deck lights, underwater lights, upgraded damping seats, an EVA teak floor, a carpeted cabin, a forward lounge cabin door, a bow thruster mount and a radar holder. Shade comes two ways: a bimini on a 316 stainless frame, or an extended hardtop running back to the deck end. Aluminium and hot-dip galvanised steel trailers are available.
Warranty
Every Profisher hull carries a 5-year warranty, with 12 months on paintwork and boat parts.
